Welcome Wagon

Well hello there.

This blog has been started by some of the most fantastic women I have ever met. Together we plan on taking 1 picture, every day for the year 2010 and sharing them not only with eachother, but also with whomever happens to stumble across our blog. Point and click to DSLR cameras will be included to add to the array of snapshots.

To break it down for all the photographers:

Friday, January 1st will be our first assignment week. The Assignments can be found on the right hand side at the top. Each new Assignment will be posted on Thursday no later than noon.

Friday will start the posting. So as not to overwhelm our photographers we have decided to create a schedule that will have at least two new pictures posted every day throughout the week. The schedule of photographers can be found to the right.

Each photographer will be responsible for uploading and posting their own picture, in their own post. Each post should be entitled as: Week # - Assignment Name. As we are each posting our own photos you may or may not choose to include your name within the post.

Photos can be uploaded a number of ways. There are instructions to the right if you choose to use Tinypic.com, but you can also upload via blogger or if you have a Flickr account. The choice is yours, whatever you feel most comfortable with. If you have any questions, please ask.

Lastly, at the end of the day Thursday a poll will be set up for voting on our favorite picture that best portrays that weeks Assignment. We're still working out what the "prize" is for the winner - but we'll let you know!
