Week 2 - Winter

Week #2 - Winter

This is a picture of the river in our town at dusk. I took this with my iPhone since I thought it was so beautiful. It's not the best quality picture but gorgeous nonetheless.

Week #2 - Winter

Week 2--Winter

Snow in Georgia, even when it is only what you see above, causes the same kind of panic that might ensue if the North Pole (all of it) caught on fire.  Somehow, this little bit of ice netted me TWO "snow" days from work. Two days of lounging in my pajamas and snuggling with my sweet baby boy.  Heaven!

Week #1 - New Year!

Charli B

This is a pic of things that i hope represent 2010... the water is for a healthier me, the car represents family time for me, my husband and son (many car shows!) and the frame represents me re-connecting with my dear friends. And what girl couldn't use a new pair of shoes?!

Happy New Year everyone!!

**Edited to add that the dog (which is a table) the dog represents us taking walks with the dogs (which we do NOT do currently) for the health of our entire family**

Week #1.... New Years

New Year means a new calender! Scott always buys me a calender for a Christmas present and it is always a Thomas Kincaid one. Well, this year Scott went out too late and couldn't find one, thankfully my mom came threw and got me a pug one! Too bad there aren't any black pugs on this calender :(

Week #1 - New Year

Week 1-New Year

Wishing y'all luck and prosperity in 2010, Southern style :)

Traditional fare on New Years' Day in the Southeast is black-eyed peas and greens.  The belief is that the peas and greens bring those who eat them luck and wealth throughout the year. I'm a traditionalist, so I jumped at the opportunity to fix this customary meal.  Paula Deen would be proud!

Week 1- New Year

Rebecca D.
My New Year resolutions this year are to lose weight and work less/play more. I was working on both of these when I took a quick step back to snap this photo of my husband, Adam, and daughter, Eve. If you haven't played Just Dance on the Wii I suggest you check it out. It is so much fun and a good workout.
